One-on-One Kickoff

Before you even break a sweat, we’ll schedule a Welcome Session to review where you currently are in your fitness journey. You’ll receive a Functional Movement Assessment to identify any problem areas or injuries, and discuss what goals you want to achieve in your time with us.
