Before you even break a sweat, you’ll have a one-on-one session in which we discuss where you are currently, conduct a Functional Movement Assessment to identify any areas that need extra attention, and set goals on what you want to achieve in your time with us. Establishing this baseline and getting some advice around how to move forward is the first step in setting you up for success.

Whether you get strong at a Strength class, get sweaty at a Spin class, or get stretchy at a Yoga class, one thing remains the same - you get one of the highest quality classes in town. Our small class sizes and expert staff deliver a studio style vibe that will make you feel like you’re training at a boutique facility, without paying boutique prices.

We go beyond a “workout of the day” to “workout of the class.” Every day, our trainers build a brand new routine for every single group class. That ensures you train your whole body, but also keeps things fresh, fun, and interesting. Keeping you mentally engaged is just as important as getting you sweating!

With over 100 classes a week, you have options on when and how you workout. Even if you really like to mix things up, you don’t have to travel to multiple places thanks to our robust offering of strength and conditioning, yoga, and spin classes.

All of our staff are highly passionate, educated, and trained. That means we have an incredible depth and breadth of expertise to draw on to plan classes or individual fitness plans. It also means that your class lead can immediately offer a modification to suit your body’s needs, or answer any question you might have. We also offer Personal Training.

We are owned and operated by people right here in this community, so unlike attending large chains or franchises, by choosing us, you’re supporting local.  It also means we understand you and you needs better because we know you!
