We’ve all heard the statistics on New Year’s resolutions, especially when it comes to fitness related goals. And one of the biggest stumbling blocks between us and our goals is the work required to turn that resolution into a routine. But a regular fitness routine is the number one indicator that someone will be successful in reaching their goals, and research shows it takes about 10 weeks for the habit to form.

That’s why MAX Fitness is introducing The Habit Transformer in January 2020. This 12-week program focuses on creating and maintaining the gym habits that’ll set you up to achieve your goals in the New Year.

Whether you’re new to the gym and need a hand getting started, or your fitness routine just needs some revitalization, The Habit Transformer has everything needed to set you up for success. 

How it works:

This 12-week program and membership places in you a community of people striving every day to create habits that make fitness a staple in their lives. Aside from your all-access membership, you will engage in community workouts with your fellow habit transformers, as well as work one-on-one with a personal trainer. You will be supported with group check-ins and learn relevant information in our health and wellness workshops. With one scheduled workout a week, participants are also expected to attend 1-2 additional classes at a time that works for you.

What’s included:

Personal Training: 6 bi-weekly sessions with a Personal Trainer to focus on individualized goals and complete routine check-ins on your progress.

Group Training: 7 community workouts to be completed bi-weekly with the Habit Transformer group.

Community: Commit to this journey with a group of like-minded people! Habit Transformers will complete the program together and have the opportunity to stay in touch via a private Facebook Group.

Membership: The Habit Transformer gives you an all access membership to MAX Fitness for the duration of the program. Participants are encouraged to complete an additional 1-2 workouts per week.

Educational Workshops: We have scheduled experts in Nutrition, Mobility, and Mindfulness to conduct a three educational workshops. We’ll be releasing information on those experts soon. 

Nutrition Plan: You’ll receive a Healthy Eating Plan, created by a registered Dietitian, that will outline how best to support your body’s needs as you progress through the program.

Progress Tracking: We’ll help you identify your goals and then follow your progress through the program.

Price: If you are not currently a MAX Fitness member, the program cost is $699+HST. If you are already a MAX Fitness member, the program cost is $499+HST. Biweekly and one-time payment options available.

Date: We’ll kick off the program on January 15th, 2020 and conclude on April 8th, 2020.
